The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping fees.
After you submit the payment, we will send you the weight, dimensions, and warehouse address.
We offer to arrange shipping for %11 of the total order.
Please note that we only ship within the United States.
Once the carrier picks up the merchandise from our warehouse, K&A Beauty Group is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
In the event of damaged, expired, or wrong items received, K&A Beauty Group will exchange the item at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers must report any damages or issues with their order within three days of delivery.
